A comprehensive re-design of the house and grounds was undertaken, which included a full internal renovation of the main house, an internal re-design of the existing pool building and staff facilities, and the addition of new ancillary buildings. One of these is a new stand alone leisure suite which includes a pilates and yoga studio, massage and relaxation room, and a spa like bathroom.

Extensive landscaping works were proposed to improve the connection between the various buildings, and enhance the client’s journey throughout the estate whilst celebrating the stunning views.

In many ways, the estate needed to act like a small boutique hotel, and the existing facilities were not adequate for our client, or their extensive staffing requirements. By addressing the layout and updating the facilities, functionality has been vastly improved.

The initial phase of works has been completed to address the immediate issues with the house as it stands, before a staged phasing of the overall project starts, so that the client can maintain weekend / summer use of the property.
