Manor House Awarded 'Best Integrated Home' at Cedia Awards 2020
Janey Butler Interiors and Llama Architects are proud to announce that their joint smart home project, Manor House has been recognised as ‘Best Integrated Home’ at the prestigious Cedia Awards 2020.
This marks a third consecutive win at the Cedia Awards; an industry recognised event that celebrates world class innovations within residential technology integrations; from whole home audio and lighting systems to dedicated cinema rooms.
In collaboration with Llama Architects, Janey Butler designed this beautiful home with a view that it would feature efficient and functional smart home automation to fulfill our clients’ lifestyle requirements.
Carefully designed and installed alongside our Home Automation partners; Intuitive Homes and Ultamation, the property features a fully integrated Crestron system for control of AV, security, CCTV, access control and heating, along with an innovative wireless Lutron lighting system throughout, with pre-programmed sunrise and sunset settings.
To admire beautiful natural surroundings through the 3.2m Sky-Frame sliding doors system, Future Automation mechanisms were installed throughout the property with PL lift integration into a waney-edged Cabinet for efficient storage of the lounge TV to be revealed at the touch of a button.
